Orienteering 1:10:00 [3]

NAOC Sprint prelim in 13:07.

NAOC Spring final. 3.1 km in 20:40
First two loops were solid nav. wise. However, I'm embarrassed to say that I had to walk the big hill after the fence/pavilion control. My brain had a short period of fogginess in the early part of the third loop when I misread the order of the controls and went to the wrong location. Luckily, I was cognizant enough to check control codes, realized my error, and correct quickly. I got myself back on track for the last 5 controls and finish reasonably well.

I enjoyed both sprints and the park. It was a fun day.

Uhg-a-bug-a.

Row 48:00 [3]

Steady state row dodging SMU 8's and 4's.

Run 30:00 [3]

WRBH Juniors didn't need me so I ran on my own. Do-do-do-do-do-do, do-do.

Run 45:00 [3]

At Harry Moss checking control locations. Less coughing, less snot, but also less sleep last night so I still feel like do-do.

Core 1 [3]

Shoulders.

Row 1:10:00 [3]

Good row w/ good technique. Have to keep working on keeping my core strong, my upper body relaxed, and getting to 3/4 feather at body prep. Nice morning.

Orienteering 1 [3]

About 90 min of walking around Harry Moss doing CS work.

Orienteering 1:35:00 [3]

Ran an old Dillo-goat course at Tyler. Kept the pace quite easy so that I didn't overextend myself while having a cold. My head is all stuff and I'm coughing a lot, but my legs felt quite good. I could have running faster and longer.
