Morning stuff, although most of it was closer to midday.

I thought the forecast for today was rain all day so I got up planning to do some Peleton workouts or something like that. But it was actually pleasant out so I decided to go for a quick walk before breakfast and then decided by quick, I meant try to go faster than usual. I realized that if I wanted to go fast - well faster than usual - I would have to focus on moving, but I figured I could do that for 3 miles. I was aiming for 15 minute miles and almost made it. Huffing and puffing and working hard for a good bit of it. Definitely a better workout than an easy stroll, but I enjoy the easy strolls listening to books so I think this will only happen occasionally.
Morning stuff. Switched to full Turkish getups; it wasn't pretty.
Note
I was able to get my bike fixed up this morning. I brought it in expecting to leave it, but the guy said if I was willing to wait he could probably take care of it right then so I waited in my car. About 20 minutes later he brought it out all lubed up and with the tires inflated.
I was quite impressed with their operation right now. You make an appointment online for a half hour slot and pay a $25 nonrefundable deposit. At your time you wait outside the door, they unlock and open it and step away, you go in and place your bike in a holder and step away, and then they look at the bike and you talk about what needs to be done. Everyone is wearing a mask. It worked really well.
What didn't work really well, was when I got home and tried to ride it. I was just going to ride it down my walkway thinking I might go for a ride this afternoon, but the first time my knee got compressed at the top of the stroke it was so painful I got completely rattled and fell over. And hit my sore finger again as I landed. So the bike is back in my shed and I will have to ease back into riding a little more carefully.

4 times around the fence. Stopped to clean up the trail some more. It's getting fairly thick so I did a lot of trying break off thorny stuff growing into the trail. It's sketchy in a few places but getting better with each outing.
Morning stuff. I can see some improvements in some things so that's encouraging. For instance, I've been doing the second half of Turkish Get-ups and can now do 5 on a side before losing form and can get through 7 a side total in my 2 and a half minutes and when I started I could do only 4 total a side and only 2 at a time before my arm would bend.
