Neighborhood walk. Drizzly and grey, so very few people out.

Really struggled yesterday and ended up not doing much all day, let alone get any exercise. So today, decided just to get in a walk if nothing else. And then felt better for the rest of the day.

There were all sorts of cars parked on the roads near the trail heads in my neighborhood so glad I had decided to just continue to walk the streets where it's easy to keep my distance. Wore my pack with some weights in it - only about 10 lbs. though.

Lost power around 2pm (because of the storms I assume) so my plan to do some exercise videos went out the window. Did some work for school for a while and then the weather cleared so went for the same neighborhood walk I've done the last few days. Then ate a bunch and now that the power is back on (7pm) don't feel like doing anything else.
