A rainy day so if it started to pour I wanted to not be too far away so I just went around the meadow loop twice. I was surprised at the number of people out.

Could probably log this as a strength workout of some sort - about two hours worth of digging up and replanting things and rerouting a stone wall.

Gorgeous day. Don't usually do out and back but it's one way to make sure of going a certain distance. Stayed on the upper trails and only started to see people towards the end.

Too much stuff on my knees and jumping. I modified but I'll have to browse for classes that I like better.

Nice hike around the Wissahickon. A little chilly when I started and didn't see many people until about an hour in.

Note

An interesting 48 hours or so. I started getting some twinges in my left jaw on Saturday but I've had problems with tooth sensitivity so I just ignored it. Then yesterday morning it was more of a steady ache and I took some ibuprofen and was fine. But then last night it got pretty bad and I couldn't sleep. This morning I called my dentist - the office is closed but they are doing some telemedicine and taking emergency patients - and they listened to my symptoms and asked if I could get in right away, they were there taking care of someone else and could see me right then. I raced over there wondering if I was totally over-reacting and would feel foolish when they couldn't find anything wrong. But after a few seconds of poking around and an x-ray to verify things, they drained an abscess in my wisdom tooth root and put me on antibiotics and told me to try and get a follow up with an endodontist as soon as reasonable, not urgent but I would most likely need a root canal and if I wait too long it will just get infected again.

So, glad there was a reason for the pain and that I wasn't just being a wuss but not so happy I need a root canal.

It was surprisingly hard to make the decision that going out for this was ok.
