Sub at the gym today. So different than the usual Thursday class - really worked hard with hardly any breaks. Between Tuesday's class, hills yesterday and today, my legs have had a tough few days. I will be moving slowly tomorrow I suspect.
I would make an effort to get to his classes if he ever started teaching in Andorra.
I forgot to turn off my watch until I was halfway done walking home but I'm counting it. He went the full hour with no cool down at the end.

Hill repeats with Sandy on A Hill. Good workout.
This was a tougher workout than Garmin thinks. If you look at a topo map, that hill is at least 40m each time up not the 20m the track recorded. It's not very long but it is really steep.

Really fun training organized by Wyatt at Ft. Washington. There was a mass start for a course with three butterfly loops; blue runners did the full course and picked either loop of each butterfly to do a second time, red runners just did the course, green runners picked either one of the loops to do for each butterfly and brown runners (me) just picked a random set of 4 controls in each butterfly cluster to visit. This worked reasonably well as everyone finished within 10 minutes of each other.
The woods were spectacularly open, the weather was perfect - mid fifties and sunny - and the mass start and having everyone in the woods at the same time motivated me to run a good bit.
