25 minutes on the treadmill to warmup then 5 minutes of stretching before session with trainer. My hamstrings are really tight (yesterday's class?) and last night I woke up with a massive cramp in my calf that took several minutes to resolve so I really wanted to stretch before working out.

Body works class plus the walk home since I forgot to stop my watch. New teacher who was really good. Arms and legs are toast.
