25 minutes on the treadmill to warmup then 5 minutes of stretching before session with trainer. My hamstrings are really tight (yesterday's class?) and last night I woke up with a massive cramp in my calf that took several minutes to resolve so I really wanted to stretch before working out.

Had my heart rate up at the end - 3 x 20 reps of kettleball swings with 20lbs. Haven't done them in a while and they were tough.
