Forgot to stop my watch when I got home so the last 15 minutes or so are me taking down the lights from my front hedge. Jogged some near the start and then some near the end pushing hard up the hill (see heart rate).
Treadmill walking. Bumped it up to 15% pretty quickly and then cruised along at 2.5 mph until the last 10 minutes when I tried 2.7 and finally 3.0 (which only lasted 1 minute) before the 5 minute cool down. For that, I kept it at 5% to 9% since anything less feels like I'm going downhill and did a lot of that at 3.0 since slower seems like more work.
