Stuff in the basement. Worked up a good sweat but didn't really get my heart rate up. But was working hard. My abs were already sore from the core dvd workout, now I'll be really sore.

Note

Well, dang. I managed to lose (erase?) all the entries on my old Garmin from before Dec. 23. This means I lost everything in Ushaia, Cape Horn, the hikes from the boat in Tierra del Fuego, Punta Arenas and the first few days in Torres del Paine. I am so bummed. I'll probably add some pictures anyway but now I don't feel quite so motivated.
