Brown course at French Creek. Thought Sam did a very good job setting pleasant courses (at least the forks I took) in the lush green of FCN. There were several forks where you could choose a or b and I thought the first two were decisions between longer on trails and flatter or shorter in the woods with climb and I took the latter. I then thought the last two forks were around on trails one way or around on trails another way since the shorter straighter option for one set of forks was through nasty rocks and green and so going around seemed the only sensible option. I took the trail around options that were probably longer but there was no question as to how to attack controls. I was very surprised at the number of people who took the other option. Just goes to show that Sam set some good legs/forks. I hope he is able to post something on the DVOA website showing who took which forks. I should also learn how to post maps so people can see what I'm talking about.
PT plus core while watching TDF. Probably won't be as good at doing this once the race is over...
Note
And some more yard work. I definitely work up a good sweat and am tired when done but it's not really training. But then neither is a lot of the other stuff I log...
