Another slow hike around the meadow loop. At least it doesn't seem to make things worse.

Sandy was a beast and went for a second loop!

Shoulder and hip PT, plus all my various other exercises and stretches that I am trying to do daily. I usually do them in bits and pieces throughout the day, but I decided to try to do them all at once this morning.

A very slow meander around the meadow loop. Hip less happy than I thought it would be given that it wasn't really bothering me this morning much.

Note

Am continuing with PT exercises most days for my shoulder and have added in some for my left hip. No change in the hip but definitely some weak muscles in there. I'm just too lazy to log anything. Starting next week I'll be going twice a week; she wanted to start slowly to see if anything made things worse before starting in on what she hopes will fix things.
