More shoveling. A great neighbor did some snowblowing at some point so I didn't have to do much on the sidewalk but digging out my car was hard. Shoulder not too happy.

Snowshoe with Sandy in the Wissahickon. It was hard enough work that after about 25 minutes we decided we had enough of breaking trail so we just turned around and went back the way we came. But then we decided to HTFU and broke trail through the meadow to finish it off. Surprised by how few tracks there were; I figured people would have been skiing all morning.
Fell once and managed to jam my finger so that my knuckle is nice and swollen. Just add it to the list of body parts that hurt.
Saw the doctor today for my shoulder. I liked this guy. He is a shoulder specialist and seemed to do a really thorough job of figuring out what was weak and what wasn't and which motions were pain free and which not.
He's pretty certain I have a rotator cuff tear and I have an MRI scheduled for next week.

A nice hike in the Wissahickon; inspired by one of Karl's recent outings to head over to the Andorra section and found a beautiful trail loop through the woods. The trail was really nicely maintained and not rocky and not too steep.
Shoulder sore again so planks were hard and I just held a plank instead of doing the various lifts and rolls. Doctor appt. tomorrow. Hopefully something useful will come of it.
