Vetting the Trail-O course at Tyler. We were out for about 3 hours. It was snowing lightly for part of the time and was very pretty. It was cold for the whole time but I was bundled up enough that it wasn't too bad. I was also wearing my glasses for distance and my reading glasses and trying to switch between them and wipe the snow off the map was all very entertaining.

Several slick spots and I went down hard once when I wasn't paying attention.

Class. Really tight in the hips this morning so yoga was perfect.

The low weight is probably just a blip and due to not drinking nearly as much water as usual yesterday.

I wanted a workout but I did not want to do it outside so I hit the stairs.

10 regular repeats to warm-up then 3 x (10 repeats trying to jog up, 10 repeats double stairs) and then 10 regular to cool down.

Busy day at work, but one major school project is now finished. Still several to go, but this one was weighing on me. Too exhausted to do more than stretch a bit while relaxing.

Early TNT while it was still light since it was just me and Sandy again.

Intervals of jog for 1:45 walk for 1:00. This time we just did the 10 we intended. The drive was really icy in spots. And it's just supposed to get colder for the next few days so probably won't thaw for a while.
