Guess I'm rehydrated. Finally slept in a bit - helped by the whole spring ahead thing.

Tried to jog the meadow loop with Sandy but there was still too much slush and we had to walk a bunch. But we did get out there and do it. Got to start somewhere.

Still a little dehydrated I think. All my water bottles had dirty socks in them on the trip home and I haven't gotten around to washing them yet and I need a reminder of a half full water bottle on the counter to remind me to drink.

Note

Added in info on the hiking for Kilimanjaro. Pictures will come eventually.

strength & stretching 10:00 [3]

Some yoga and a few arm and ab exercises. Need to decide which of the RTP exercises I want to keep doing.

Will have to do some calculations to see where that puts me percentage wise - but I think I am at least in the ballpark of Mac and I didn't have to resort to surgery.

Probably a bit dehydrated from the plane rides so doubt it will stay this low easily.

Actually quite surprised by this as I ate huge meals every breakfast, lunch and dinner for almost three weeks.

trail 55:03 intensity: (1:13 @1) + (2:39 @2) + (7:43 @3) + (20:06 @4) + (23:22 @5) 3.03 mi (18:11 / mi) +84m 16:45 / mi

Time to get back to jogging in preparation for the O season. Started with a nice slow jog with Sandy around the meadow loop. I had to walk in several places; Sandy managed to keep jogging the whole thing. Gotta start somewhere.
