Nice hike with Sandy in the Wissahickon. Moving along but not really pushing. Started out from my house earlier than we said we'd meet so walked to her house first.

Bummed to realize WMOC 2014 is in November. Don't think I'll be able to get away and I was thinking Brazil would be cool. And then WMOC and WOC/Scottish 6 Days overlap in 2015 so probably won't go then either.

A nice little hike with Dennis in the foothills of Santa Barbara while Emily visited with an old high school friend. And then way too much for dinner - but it was so good I couldn't stop.

Some more walking around Coldwater Canyon park. Everyone came but we split up. I explored for a bit, found a stairway and did 2 minutes of DSR (double stair repeats: up doing 2 at a time, down 1 at a time), walked back to the parking to wait for everyone and did 10 more minutes of DSR on a nice long set of stone steps.
