Still have a runny nose but feeling a bit better. Still, figured I'd take it easy and just do a short loop this morning.

Well, that was interesting. It's 57 degrees outside so I decided I really had to go run my loop regardless of whether it was terribly smart. I figured I'd just walk a lot if I had to. So off I went - and it was so nice and warm and sunny - but I couldn't run up all the way on even some of the small hills and I took frequent walk breaks whenever it seemed like I was just pushing a tad too hard and so I figured the time would totally suck. I must have been going way fast when I was running is all I can think of. Yay for warm weather!!

Most of a pilates dvd I have that I haven't done in a while. Not feeling great, but after a whole day of laying on the couch watching movies on tv I wanted to do something.

Woke up to a decent head cold - no wonder I felt crappy yesterday. But I got a good night's sleep (and slept in quite late) and figured a hike couldn't make things worse and this way the day couldn't turn into a total waste. Went on the slow side though.

Probably should have stayed home. About half way through I realized I was starting to really fade. And mistakenly thought the Forerunner was charged so time is an estimate based on when I think I left and when I got home. Not feeling sick, but also not feeling real peppy either.

The good news is that it's light noticeably later than a few weeks ago.

Hike in the Wiss in the drizzle. Tried to jog on the drive a little but it was feeling pretty forced so didn't do much. Did hike up through the woods a bit on the way home instead of the trail.

TNT - ran with Ann and Sandy - although Ann was frequently off ahead of us - while Karl did his thing. Did 1.5 jog, .5 walk, 1 jog on the drive. Ran about half of Cathedral. Good work out. And good clam chowder by Karl afterwards
