Made it to yoga class this morning. Great workout - my legs and arms were beat. Good thing I've been doing a bit of yoga on my own since otherwise I'm sure I would have collapsed several times and given up.
Unfortunately, my schedule and the class schedule just don't allow me to get to classes easily.

Normal short loop. I am at a total loss to explain the time. I walked for 3 minutes at the first big hill as usual but then could not even keep jogging through the meadow. I did a bunch of walk 50 paces, run 100 type things to get through the rest of the hilly part. How could that be faster than what I did last time? And 1:15 faster.
I did hit the first hill a little faster than normal so the only explanation I can find is that when I was running, I was running faster. Perhaps yoga this morning loosened me up and allowed me to move better. But I certainly didn't feel like I was moving any faster.
Not very flexible so early in the morning. Would probably help to do this more often than once a week since I don't seem to be getting to the evening classes much anymore.
So wanted to stay in bed this morning but got out the door. Took a new route since I wanted something a little shorter since it did take me about 20 minutes to decide to get out of bed.
TNT - Indian loop with Sandy. Walked the big hills but jogged the rest. Lots of folks out in the Wissahickon tonight. Nice dinner with Alison, John, Jim, Karl and Sandy.
