Yoga/Pilates 1:15:00 [3]

Yoga class. Not one of my favorite classes as we did a lot of stretching type things and not much strength type things and the stretching mostly involved things where having knees that bend beyond 90 degrees was required. Although I did manage to hold Peacock Pose (mayurasana) for a second or two.

orienteering 2:25:09 [3] 11.52 km (12:36 / km)

Blue course at Colliers Mills with Sandy. We did the course walking for about 100 minutes, made a 6-7 minute error, then decided we could try jogging a bit to make up for it. Actually, we probably would have jogged some at this point anyway since we knew we wouldn't have any trouble finishing. Jogged short stretches - a minute or two at most at a time.

strength & stretching 1:20 [3]

6 sets of 20 with no more than a minute or two rest in between. Well, maybe 3 minutes once.

walk/jog 35:10 [3]

Decided it was time to start trying to "run" my short hill loop. Jogged for a bit then walked until I felt like jogging again. Jogged probably a fifth to a fourth of the time.

hiking 1:00:00 [3]

With Sandy. Glad she called - I was well on my way to being a couch potato today.

strength & stretching (pushups) 32 [3]

Still stuck at 32.
:(
Was hoping for 40.

strength & stretching (situps) 1:00 [3]

Since the pushups were not what I had hoped for.

hiking 56:22 [3]

TNT - Indian hike with Jim and Sandy.

strength & stretching (pushups) 1:00 [3]

4 sets of 25 with probably half an hour or so rest in between sets. I would do a set, get up and get distracted, then remember I was doing them and go do another set. Probably not the best way to build up to doing more.
