A muddy hike in the Wissahickon. Still a few spots with sheets of ice but not many.

22-25(30)-20-20-20(28) Numbers in ( ) are what the workout called for; first time I haven't been able to hit the targets. Will repeat this week I think.

TNT - slid down to the drive with Bob and Jim then walked while they ran; they caught me on the way back so I jogged the last 1/4 mile so they wouldn't have to wait for me. The drive is still a sheet of ice in many places but down to dirt in others. It would have been a sloppy muddy mess if it had been any warmer so probably good that it was cold.

Burnt chili for dinner after. It was edible. Barely.

Morning in the Wissahickon. Trails a little icier than yesterday but not bad.

Glad I made it to class. Tried a new approach - went straight from school without stopping at home first.
