Brown course at Ridley. Fine course, but I couldn't take advantage of the trail running or the beautiful downhills through open woods. The creek crossings were refreshing!

Same loop as the one two weeks ago Sunday but managed to jog all but 5 minutes in the middle and from the corner fire hydrant home.

Another week or two of this loop and I'll try the old short hill loop again.

TNT - decided to try to jog again and see how my knee felt. Did 1.5 miles on the drive at an extremely slow shuffle (12:30 pace or so). Was planning on 2 but could feel that my knee was start to get sore so slowed down to a walk. Karl easily managed to walk at the pace i was jogging. Even I could walk at almost the same pace. But you have to start somewhere.

Knee locked up in the evening but that was after standing on it for too long while cooking. An ice pack and ibuprofen got it back to normal by later in the evening.

Got rid of lots of Thanksgiving leftovers for dinner!
