My shoulder has some problems which is limiting some of the things I can do. Some nights I feel like I'm just falling apart.

Rogaine training in the Wissahickon. Mostly trails but several off trail excursions to investigate various interesting things.

Went back to the stream crossing we did in the dark several weeks ago. There was a very easy crossing using several large rocks quite nicely spaced across the creek about midway between the tree we humped across and the bridge that was out. But with the snow and ice cover we couldn't see that there was a safe way across.

Found several trails that I don't think I've been on. One was by some impressive rock formations that apparently is frequented by rock climbers.

Pretty amazing that this park is in my back yard inside the city limits.

My feet are more sore after four hours today than they were after 8 last weekend.
