A good class for working on some things that I want to work on, but I didn't really feel tired at the end the way I sometimes do. There were only three of us and so we each got a lot of individual attention but there seemed to be a lot of down time as well.

Note

Raked leaves for a while this afternoon; should have worn my knee brace but I was stupid and stubborn and didn't.

Note

Seems like the decision to not go orienteering was a good one.

TNT at the track in Media. Decided on 5 miles - 20 laps in lane 2 to be precise.

Pretty satisfied with the workout. Perhaps the next time I make it to a Thursday TNT I'll be able to get them down to 230.

Walked a lap, did some stretching, walked back to the cars. Let myself get a bit chilled but warmed up once I got a dry hat on.

Pretty cold out and I forgot my jacket; thanks Tom for lending me that extra shirt. A nice covering snow in the yard when I got back home this evening.

TNT - ran with Sandy while Jim and Bob did something else. Sandy and I couldn't decide what we wanted to do - it was cold enough that I didn't feel comfortable doing all out lamp post intervals so we settled on jogging out the mile and a half (16:05) and then picking it up but not really sprinting every third lamp post on the way back (15:40). I ran most of the hill on the road on the way home and then did some good stretching at home.

First night that it was cold enough to really layer up.
