TNT - very late arriving; too many things to finish at school since I wasn't going to be in Friday.
Had a plan and stuck to it - ran three miles, with the middle mile alternating sprinting the straightaways and recovering on the turns. I'm pretty sure the first mile was a lot slower than the subsequent two but without my watch hard to be certain. (I used my work watch for total time but couldn't take splits.)
Short trail loop in the Wissahickon pre-TNT. Can not find my watch anywhere. Very annoying. But checked the clock carefully when I left the house and when I got back.
