shoes: Roclite 295 Blue

Mendips run. Weather was OK in the afternoon. Felt good on the first hill, then went through a funny patch, pushed on and legs felt good the whole time, amazing how running makes you better at running. The shock training seems to have worked. Ran all of second climb. Never really pushed pace. . Then got pissed on at the end. Training run number five done, just have to rest up my dodgy knees now.

Gracies wood loop. Knee was a bit sore this morning, which was a concern, think I just knocked it bouldering last night, as seemed fine running. Much more energy than tuesday. Did a decent run, but not that quickly. Felt lunch's pint near the end.

Run round AC, was going to do Gracies wood loop but too knackered. Maybe the run took more out of my on Sat than I thought, all the driving Sunday probably didn't help neither.
Did a Monday night run direction loop.
Saw a dodgy fella down the bottom in the long gully.
