Mendips run. Weather was OK in the afternoon. Felt good on the first hill, then went through a funny patch, pushed on and legs felt good the whole time, amazing how running makes you better at running. The shock training seems to have worked. Ran all of second climb. Never really pushed pace. . Then got pissed on at the end. Training run number five done, just have to rest up my dodgy knees now.
