Long run in black mountains with Jim.
From Llanthony prior up to offas dyke, down and up the black hil ridge - still my favourite ridge run in Brecon beacons. Hay bluff, lord herefords knob. then stuck to edge to SH 713 and back down ridge, this is much better than Darren lwyd. I had been taking it easy, but started to die here. Eventually got to Bal Mawr and down the valley path. Jim was also now suffering and was midly entertaining as he staggered down the grassy fields at the end.
Really good 4 hour hill route, even the weather was nice.
Scottish training run #4 completed, though I feel the paps of Jura may have more climb.

Enjoying the endless hunger and being able to eat whatever I like, just like the old days. It's been almost two years since I had this level of energy burn I think.

Loossener round the downs with some streching. Very slow, pain not too bad, though it did wake me up this morning. Walked down the incline on the way back.
Liking the BBQ tables with spots for disposable bbqs. Perplexed by the straight line of greyish stones, which is apperntly a temporary art installation called "boyhood line"
