Run 55:00 [3]
shoes: Roclite 295

Cotswolds way north from the old dog. Started alright, had a massive fade in the middle - maybe it was the warmth or overtraining. Sat on the seat looking out over england for a while and perked up near the end on the way back. Didn't see a sole on the path.

Run 55:00 [3]
shoes: Roclite 295

Was toying with doing the fell race, but in a collective decision with the Mark & Hanne, thought better of it given the thundery showers. Booked flights to east africa with JP over xmas instead :-)

After a prolonged day of procrastination, watching somewhat tropical deluges, decided to go for a run. Main motivation is to ensure my fitness is good enough to smash Neil K in Slovenia. It was beautiful and sunny by this time (6pm), annoyed i didn't have my sunnies. Also the bridge is shut on the quiet side which makes the busy side almost unrunable.
Still felt a bit tired in the legs which is weired. Nice loop of AC, lower deer park shut so small divert back up hill at the end.

Run 1:21:00 [3]

Gracies wood loop. Got the dose of serenity I was looking for.
ended up following an elabroate hash for several k's. It was almost like they set it off my gps track of my favourite run. Lots of confusing circles, circles with R's and circles with numbers, enough flour for a batch of scones.
felt and was quite slow but v pleased to get out.
