Run up too a small col beneath the cullins on sky. Impressive mountains will have to come back here another time.
Plan was to orginally to go to glenbrittle, but after much sightseeing - inluding scrambling on the prisoner @ quineag which was ace - ran out of time. Pulled up and was going to do the loop around the base of Corie an Creiche, but again ran out of time, so mostly an out and back.

Run 40:12 [3]
shoes: Roclite 243

Run along Loch Moidart, From castle Tioram along the silver path to Ardmolich. Path was a bit more technical than I thought, more up and down and a bit of windfall. I loved every second of it.
Beautifuyl sunny day, beautiful place. Only got lost once crossing a bay and failign to pick up track on other side.

Mon night run from cold ashton in the hidden valley.
Very nice, got to the field with cows, where Adam & mark B lagged. Mark apperntly got surrounded by cows and adam left him there. then adam sheepisly went back and then returned saying he couldn't find him. I then went back, got surronded jumped a fence and a creek, only to find out MarkB had done something similiar (potentially stinger) already. Result is it wasted a lot of time, and it will probably be difficult to get Mark B to go back there.
Generally still less scary than my sheep incident in the Pyrenees and way less than the cows near tawnpit.
Anyway very pleasent, though feeling the climbs and just the generally running. Escaped the rain.
