Good long run with Mark and Tim. Needed to kick start my OMM training somehow!
Included some nice new tracks, Tim's, blaise, king weston, M5, Portbury docks, Priors wood, downs school, failand hill house, gracies wood, tawpit, 50 acre (where I let them shoot off ahead), AC and back to my flat.
the highlight was relocating my favourtie cricket pitch at failand hill house, last located during a charles daniel special, where nonone knew where we were (poccibly including him)
although I suffered afterwards, and didn't have enough water, and underestimated the intensity of the sun... Still a decent first session to build on.

Commute, almost got taken out at my favourite roundabout again. But this time i was alert and had a premonition he wasn't going to stop and he willfully sailed thorugh, with me only having to take small avoidence maneourve.

Run round AC. Felt hot.
Felt better than my runs in NZ, I'm not sure if that's because I've recovered from my cold, or whether AC is just compartivly flat.
Still a lil spaced out from jet lag, but on the whole pretty good.
