Cribyn fell Race.

Nice day nice race. Suffered a bit.
went out very slightly too fast then slowed down up to CP1. Then fast down across the rough to the gully pulling a way a bit from a group. Up the steep slope just walking but not really being caught, then a couple of bods overtook me on the last steep little track to Cribyn. Thought i'd pull away a bit on the descent, but my legs were jelly and i was useless. Feeling pretty tired on the ascent of pen y Fan where James caught me. Then a cool little vertical bit and the long descent. Went over on my ankle a tad, but was alright and just ran hard down, trying to catch guys in front. Got past at one point which was a bit unusual, the guy was flying, managed to catch a couple at the end.
Should really try to do more of these kind of things.

Felt alright, the maths is too hard.
