Cruise to work and back

Loosner around the downs.
My shoulder musccles hurt more than anything else. Might have to do a couple of runs with a pack on.
Had the sniffles from too much cleaning.
Saw an O kite too. maybe UBOC were up too something, though didn't see any runners around.

Note

Have craked 76 kg's today. This continued weight gain is quite pleasing, up from about 71kg 6 months ago. At this rate, when I'm 35 I'll weigh in at 140kg.

Cracker day doing OMM training with timmy.
Went to the quantocks. Did some looping on the hills taking in most of the different aspects and 5 ascents.
Felt alright, though definitly felt the hills.
Not as much terrain work as last sunday.
Trialled the pack and a couple of other things which seemed to work well.

Really looking forward to the OMM now. Particuarly as the training proved that Tim will be carrying the group gear :-)

MTB FoD Swallovalets blue loop.
Departmental MTB with work. Group of extreme mixed abilities. generally slow with prolonged stops. Then someone broke ther collar bone, and the stops got even longer.....

Good pint at speech house afterwards.

Hill Reps on the starfish
Good session with the guys from work. Modded it too suite myself (I'm too pansy for strenght work at the top). Stuck too the longer tentacles with more height gain, on my second lap.
Felt good.

Nice night, but dark & with polyprop. Tried to do a bit of a hilly loop. Lots of deer about. Felt good.

Nice trot round AC. Felt alright given yesterdays effort. First headlight run of the season.....
