JK Long @ Craig a Barns

Got the first one alright, then undershot the second, trying to get into map scale I think. Then completely fecked up #4. Inversed the contours in my head, and couldn't work out what was going on. Even to the point where I couldn't work out which feature it was on as i couldn't see a reentrant in the middle of the circle..... Eventually went out and relocated and sorted it out, but i was pretty angry by this point. (4.5 mins). Went too far east on 5, missed track to #7, Lost some time in the vaguness at 12 & 13.

Then fecked my R ankle on a simple bit of terrain coming out of 17. I was a bit pissed off after this, missed 18 very slightly too. Was completly knackered and sore (ankle + bending over too much!) on the way to 20, though the path route appears to saved me a lot of time. Went high to 23, which i think was slower. Tried not to die on way to 25, before sminthy sheparded my through to the end.
Ran with "spongy" some of the time, as he passed me early on, but then fecked his ankle.

So overall not a great day at the office. Would've been happy If I was around 2 hours. Don't think I've done enough hills or long runs.

Avoided any embrassinging defeats, and secured my bet with baba
Winner 87.57!

JK Middle
Dunalastair

Took at slow to number one, but it still went quite wrong.. then went high to 2, got slightly confused with veg at 4, then ran the off line to 5, before realising what i'd done. So lost maybe 2 mins early on.. through the tough technically ones. Tehn just running, physcial running. Got caught by cherry with duncan coombs in tow at 10. Couldn't reaaly hang on. Bit of a naff route to 14 doing all the wet reentrants, slightly left on 15, then took a marsh dive at 16. Really hauled myself up the hill to 17, really struggling. Overshoot 18 a little as was on an elephant track that didn't go there....

So average technically particuarly annoyed with stupid mistake at 5, which was 100% avoidable, had i looked at the compass earlier. Physcially just felt drained in the terrain.

KPI acheived

Scott fraser smashed it out in 29!!

JK Sprint
Livingstone, Scotland.

Started well hitting them fine. Saw both gaps to 5, but didn't comprehend the second one. When i got there had to stop for a while and work out what was going on. (30 s). Then small loss on 13 by going right (10 s). Slowed down a bit after this but still cleanish to 21, where i forgot to go back down the stairs. Crap route to 22, straight not left. Missed 24 a bit, really struglling through to the finish. Reasonble result, though a black mark on my KPI.
1 minish of mistakes.

Winner Murray 14.37

My sole performance indicator is beating ba-ba
