Commute to work. Joined the masses on my bike this morning.

Quite pleases with how trainings going. unfortuantly its going to flatten off for the nezt week. with a wkd in warsaw and then a week working in france.

Run in the light after work! Really nice warm summers day. went down the tow path and did my normal couple of ascents by garlic valley before coming back. Loadds of people out on bikes, commuters, mtbs, stoners. Brillant. Saw a train taking cars from the docks on that line again. Thats a second train in the week i've seen using that line, which i used to think was direlect. I'm not one for health and saftey, but it's very unBOKish to be allowed to cross it whilst orienteering.
Running felt good.

Lunchtime loop with FC, quite quick again, and got way too hot in light thermal. blaise with shortcut back through west gate. I gues it's good to do a bit of quicker stuff now.

Mon night run with Adam, Matt F & Paul. Lucky bluefox bailed from the girls run, or else they would've outnumbered us, for maybe the first time ever!

Across AC, 50 acre, tawpit, gracies, tanpit, Abbots pool and back round the cycle track with adam. Felt good.
