Lap of cwm carn with chris.
Almost killed a squirl as it ran across the track with only a split second to spare. Loads of downhillers, and resulting medical personal out. But the XC track was pretty quiet.

that was exciting seeing chris only just qualify in 15th.

Have just aquired a nice map of all the gorillas in bristol. Would be a good challenge...
Though I think i'd skip out the inset map, the ones at the arches and westbury etc look doable, but a loop of lulsgate, avonmouth and chipping sodbury would be a long run.

the bridge was the buisest i'd ever seen it, resigned to walking a few times. guess everyone going to the balloon festival, don't know how they were planning on getting back.

Lap of Ashton court, which was good, quiter than it has been recently. Then did the 50 acre loop, which was very sliipy, with my summer tyres, so not overly fun. and back down the wall.

shoes: Walsh PB trail

Short loop from work,
Felt oddly really weak.
Good test of new shoes, seem comfy. Have laces that seem more prone to come undone than o shoes, what is it with o/trail shoes having rubbish laces. They should bring back the adidas lightfoot, the laces were awesome, and the shoe was pretty good too.

Mon night run,
Had some stomach problems during the day, but didn't cause much of an issue on the run.
A reverse tawpit woods jobby.Coming off my one of my biggest training weeks ina while, I felt Ok!
