MTB round ashton court, checked out the new tracks x2. The quarry nearside is really cool now. The rest is quite good, but unsure what the speed bumps obtain. And the new more techy bit in the woods had attarcted some downhillers..... but they were mostly just standing around as a downhiller does.

AC- 50 acre loop, Tawpit, Gracies, Abbots pool, AC
Legs felt good, stomach was a bit rough after very late lunch. Overall a really nice run, didn't see anyone outside ashton court. Saw a mouse in tawpit. Managed to miracously escape been showered on :-)

Run round ashton court.
Managed to leave after rain, and although i expected to get wet, i was fine the entire time. Did a full loop, they've opened up the mtb track by the quarry now too, so ran that both ways, it looks a lot better for biking now, can't wait to check it out. Not quite as goood for technical running, as it used to be! Felt quite good.

My annual test loop....
Started OK, didn't get as much on the first downhill as normal, as some roadie blocked my line. Then maybe pushed too hard up the second uphill, as i was very slow at the top. Lost a bit on the flat grass at the end, as per norm. Felt quite good, not sure of tactics on the 2nd up. Would need to do some leg speed work to go quicker on the grass at the end. 7s down on my PB from nearly exactly a year ago.
Ifor beat me comfterable in the end, grace caught me up near the end, but didn't try it on :-)
