My weight gain startegy is going quite well, I'm at an all time high of 73 kgs.

Run to AC, tawpit, abbots pool and back. If gets too much hotter I'm going to have to take a camel back. Brillant sun!

had a big lunch and didn't wait long enough so felt pretty full.

Tech training, high meadows woods FoD.
Did some downhill control picks. Went ok though my nav seemed a bit rough, or maybe things were a bit skewed. Last one was in a nice block with rock features that i'd never been in, but the map was lacking detail. Lost a suprising amount of height. Followed Adam for a section. Very tired legs.

Bristol and west intervals
8* 600m with 1.40 rest. Pretty consistent time, 2.01 to 2.04.
Felt Ok, got away with the late afternoon chocloate bar, after having some cravings during a long TC.
A more structured and commited session than by myself. Felt i recovered pretty well, but lacked speed compared to others, not suprising.

Monday night run, just me and mark B. Pleasent pace. Did a few climbs in leigh woods. Felt Ok.
