Note

In a great markerting trick SARUM is holding a regional event on Great Ridge. Suspicosly the same location as the infamous big wood!!!

BKO barossa event - black.

Did the black, lost about 4 mins on 1, and actually relocated, which only marginally helped as it wasn't quite right. took a relaxed pace, but didn't feel brillant. The planning was good, and the forest nice to run through, unfortuantly the map was a bit crap, so a several of the features, and hence controls, were not as marked.

Good run round ashton court. Felt ok considering. the pub lunch didn't sit too well but pleased with this run.

Mon night run, good turnout, including Mark "jazzercise" bown, showing off his new trackies. Out through blaise, kings weston,a and back through shirehampton, then roads through commbe dingel. Unfortuantly started getting stomach issues early on so felt pretty shite for most of it. don't know if it was still the vege haggis, which gave everyone issues yesterday,or something i had at the buffet lunch. Resulted in me being dropped a couple of times, then i jogged back with mark. Respiratory issues still noticeable but they're a lot better, and didn't really have an affect. legs felt fine.
