Orienteering 1:13:56 [3]
shoes: Jalas Olway

CSC qualify, Longleat

Got a bit duped into the event, as the map timmy showed me turned out just to be part of it!
Didn't feel brill at all this morning, but as i'd parted with my tener thought i'd go. Felt alright at the start, but was rough technically. Then died about 6, perked a bit back up from 10, but again at 17.
Had to use my technically prowess to fight of people like S Collier, and an old chap from WIM, who were moving way faster than me!
Biggest time loss was prob 9, though there was a lot of other small-med mistakes. I must admit i still have issues with knolls which are actually trees. Have a good split for 15, due to others finding it a bit wrong when approaching from top. I must admit i was a bit lethagic, but ran straight and spiked it, taking into account I had to loss 15 m and it was 15 m from the bottom.
oh yeah - and i didn't count

Bloody glad i didn't go to the south east qaulify at ranmore common, cause if it worse than big wood, then that is really something.... I think my post with have had quite a few expletives

Mountain Bike 1:20:00 [3]

MTB, cwm carn

one lap with james, the track was nicely bikeable unlike most otehrs round here with the saturated ground. Found the uphil difficult track seems to be in a bit worse knick at the moment, and i'm unfit. Didn't feel good, chest full of gunk. Down hill was fun, fork better now it's fixed. Saw some older girls (called alice and jill) just back from a lap in the carpark, good on them!

Run 1:04:00 [3]
shoes: Roclite 315 Old

Lunchtime run with tim, standardish blaise route.
Though we did try to follow the track all the way between henbury road, and passage road, as craney assured us it was passable. We came across a fence blocking our path, the fence was taller than craney and 3 times as strong, so we backtracked.
Felt better than i thought i would.
