First ran there, then did some compass and pacing exercises (I can't pace thgough, so didn't do that). Then some hill reps followed be fast loop races, which i did, or tailed people.
Then tailed lizzie round the green course, which i must say was very good.
Pity the maps pretty dodge, cause at this time of year, parts of the terraine are in good shape.
Lunchtime run from work round the airfield, quite nice as the mud was frozen. Came across several offical looking signs saying "this is a footpath not a highway, and shall remain as such" which was very useful, as i thought for a moment i was in the middle of a dual carraigway, rather than a grassy field.
Felt a bit off yesterday and not brillant today, don't want to join team debilitated.
