Mountain Bike 55:00 [2]

MTB round ashton court, 50 acre wood, and did that cool bit of single track in abbotts wood, that we ran up on mon night.

Felt weak, almost hung over, not sure why, maybe cause of an upset stomach last night.

(rest day)

Rest day farnborough.
Got a good amount of queuing on the way in.
This was offset by a seat on a corperate deck watching the red arrows, with waited drinks.

Given me broad experinces with my unique leg biomechanics, i'd defintley agree with, to paraphrase, motion control shoes are cack.

Run 1:14:30 [3]

Mon night run,
Craney took us through some cool bits of woods, beyond the scary cow field. Really good to get out running, felt a bit weak after last week. Lucky Mark S was there so we could amble back.
