Intervals on the downs. Meant it to be a longer session, but only did about 6 x 2min reps with 30s rest. started feeling fine but quickly out of energy, probably due to not eating properly last week.

Ride from flat, stomach still real dodgy so didn't push it at all. Went through leigh woods, which is OK, a mix of sweet single track, and going down shite tracks getting lost trying to find nice track (~ 75% of time), then past abbots pool and did 50 acre wood and back.

Tech training in new beechenhurst
"laura's triangle" exercise, unfortuantly there were only 2 of us to do the triangle, rather than the usual 3, but it worked out ok.
Felt pretty rubbish, as picked up some stomach thing, but nice to get out in the forest, the forest was exceedingly runnable.

Mon night run from portishead. Really nice loop, down the cost to clevdon then back over the top. Felt Ok at times, and not so OK at other times.
