Did the bolt from a telecon, asumign that a french lunch break can never by 45 mins.. my assumption was correct. Did short loop, didn't feel that strong. But in rome this wkd, so no training.

All the teams (who appear to be) leading the AR champs have one of my friends in it! yay go peoples!!

BOK circuits, it was the couples night, i ended up with matt.
Good session 3 rounds @ 45s. The actual exercieses where a bit eaiser than norm, so swapped in a couple of harder ones for the last 2 rounds.

Lunch run, round aerodrome, to mound by cinema.
Felt weak, but better than yesterday, been fighting of some vermons, me thinks.

Went climbing with matt, well rather matt went climbing and i belayed him. Matt gave the impression he had been climbing before, but failed the "tie the knot test". Apperntly the previous climbing experince was prior to learning to walk :)

Monday night run
Through Blaise and then down through shirehampton golf course, running some new tracks for me.
Then matt and tim went down some dark alley on the way home, so mark and i cruised back.
