Lunchtime fartlek
Was going to do intervals, but once i got to the field i didn't really feel like it after the first one, so did a nice fartlek session in the sun, went round a bit down the end of the runway towards cribbs,, relaxed pace enjoying the warmth and sun with a few quicker bits, then back up the golfcourse couple of hill reps. Shouldn't have eaten a packet of crips first, but nice to get out after busy morning.


Tonight I feel a bit off.. so havn't trained, when i orginally planned too. And i can't get the MTB i had decieded i wanted cause they've sole out for the year (!) in the UK :(

Run round purdown. Normal route, intended the run to be a bit longer, but was kinda of back by the time i relised how little time i'd been out for. Not liking the new right orthtic (the left is alright but given the 7 (some apperntly world class) podatrists i have been too in my life all of them have done a good left as that leg is not bent i could probably put anything there...) the right foot roles inwards, more use to the strange hight adjustment, but find the heel is then too far up the heel cup. May go back soon, after a few more runs in them.

Monday night run - probably the biggest turnout ever. All just to see John I think. Felt OK, apart from needing to go toilet throughout most of it. Good feed afterwards
