shoes: f-lite 335

Lunchtime run - started off a different way, up hill and down through golf course which was good. Higher intensity then any other lunch run this year. Martin, john and Colin took off, maybe could've kept with them, but didn't on empty stomach.. Then looped back to wait for others and intensity dropped.

Basketball 55:00 [3]

bball, fullcourt. Good session apart from i permantly wanted to be somewhere else - which was on the toilet, due to some stomach upset from lunch - i obviously put something a bit dodgy in my sarnies.
Absoulte highlight was a near fight between 2 friends and collueges.

Lunch time run, normal run, plus a couple of loops round field. Reasonbly relaxed pace, pete even managed to keep talking up the hill. Nice day.
