Normal loop to hackefors and round, had to cut it a couple of mins short on the way back as ligment things to the RH side of my RH knee were sore again, vey odd.

Night EXTREME Kyrkbergen

An extreme run of 700m to the start and back on ourselves to the 1st control, where everyone one went extremely to the left. Then noone went to my number 2 & 3, so I dind't bother either... Then Coach Dirk got me extremely lost on the way to number 5. Although running straight was extremely fun compared to probably the quickest choice to the right. Then lost dirk and Johan at 5 by accident. But this was a bit of a blessing as I did alright on 6 and spiked 8. 6,7,8 the terraine was extremely complex, at 1:15 some of the most extreme orienteering I?ve ever done. Quite similar to Naseby, but dark. Then nearly feel down cliff face first on the way to 9. 10 bra, and then extremely surprised to see dirk and johan coming out of 11, but still stood by the rock for a while when it was in the reentrant. Then meandered to 12 to find Dirk johan still not having found it, even though they should've by now been in the showers. Punched first and tried to run extremely fast but went slightly through marsh and got beaten by a few seconds and Lukas lost his free fika. Sorry but Dirk did do his best to stop peter winning.

Compass is defiantly fecked with a small bubble now.
Right knee started to play up near end. Otherwise felt quite good.

Strength (LOK Gympa) 40:00 [3]

My first strength training session for about 25 years. This proved what i'd always known (and certified by lossing arm wrestles to girls) - I was weak. I'm sure after a couple more sessions under coach Dirk i will look like Arnie.

Still felt the sizeable Gremlin in my throat before. But actually felt OK after session.

Played some Innebandy afterwards, bascially like indoor hockey with the stick the wrong way round (opposite hand), as far as I could tell. I feel like innebandy is a bit of a forte of mine and shortly I will be good enough to make the NZ innebandy team (assuming there currently isn't one)
