Cruise round nature reserve place, quite nice. Really shouldn't have gone out last night, as felt really rubbish during the night.

Being sick in sweden pisses me off. I always seem to get sick, (but not in Toulouse, but then i wasn't training as much). On the positive side I rarely get injured.

Ultra long O training from Lok garden. took it easy as sick. Felt average, missing a bit on some of my navigation later on, and i skipped a few on the way back. Some really inspiring terraine out the back... thanks martinsson

Orienteering training at valaskollen. 4 people, run a loop each from start, then run round in circles into everyones back, then swap maps, another mini mass start etc. Nice to get out in a different area, but the area was a bit shitty, quite green, with a fiar bit of windfall. I had a really long and difficult first loop, so the others did lots of running, after that things got better.
