Round the green track in forest by LOK club house. A bit of a funny throat stil, but felt quite pleased with my running endurance, was just watching the km rate stay constant on the markers. Much funner (ie less wheelchair acceislle) than the yellow track.

Did a slow map walk jog round the map next to the clubhouse. Just tring to interpet how things like, tracks/veg/rocks mapped. As usual the contours are always pretty acurate. Iäd like to see some scandi slow run through some parts of slow run, but i was already aware they map green whiter.
Compass seems to be taking longer to settle, then i remeber before.
Not feeling too good, might be coming down with something.

Still running too fast in the wrong direction. At the front to 2, and then ran the complete wrong way out of the control (like 60 degs off...) Then managed to catch some places but navigationg still rough, amazing how many people follow me. After 7 was by myself which was good for navigation. Managed to get the fastest split to 8 which is suprising as my route was defintly not optimum.

Clawed back to 5th, 2.5 mins down. But need to get navigation sorted, suprised how good my running speed is after a wine and chesse summer in france.
