Good long run, a bit to much tarmac, but toulouse is quite limited. Up canel, found a rowing club. much cooler today and overcast whcih was nice.

Basically recovered from cold, and up to sfa this weekend, so wanted to get out for a short run. But 35 degs all day, and when i reckeed it, it was way too hot. Waited to eveningto go. Same route as two weeks ago, nice but for the long road strech at the end. First halve felt good, but then my heavy stomach from dinner not long before kicked in. feeling like the running is better for my musles in right leg, as the cycling seems to have caused even more overotation in my right tibia. knee feeels ok, unremarkble events apart from seeing how many french people you can fit into a twingo (5 - one was pregnant). Exicited about sweden, been surfing websites all day - but still can't count to ten, although i can remember what six is in swedish.

Sweden in 2 weeks now, I'm excited, been in contact with linkoping OK and looks like i'm going to get a run in the 25 manna whic should be cool.
