Work Lunch run with challenger guys.

turned into a bit of a fartlek session really medium than fast than slowish than fast. Intrestingly at the end i was struggling to keep up but when we stopped they were much more knackered than me. So i must just be lacking on speedwork and my endurance base is quite good. This is more just a point than anything else, as i have purposdly not done any speedwork of late, If i had a goal maybe I should.

Frome Valley, after following petes advice at work headed across purdown to frome valley. Very nice, got a few up and downs in . Managed to get lost on a board walk path that appeared to go nowhere. Why would you build boardwalk to nowhere? or maybe I should've manned up and go throught the streeam. Nearly got mauled to death by a dog too, but hey thats pretty standard. Out up to under the ring road then back across farmland to abbey wood and home. Good exploratary run. Not too fast as also having a look round but felt quite good apart from mild right knee ache.

Run - Purdown

Turned into a bit of a rubbish session as no energy due to not much food early, even had a muesli bar before going out. Good reminder of how much I need to eat (pity there no food in cupboard)
