Snowdoia walking.

Snowdon first day from back, good full day.
Glyders second day - lucky I had my googles due to 4 m vis and horizontal snow in one part, really needed axe at end but it was alright.

Felt a bit flat all weekend with cold thing lingering

Monday night run with fast orienteering guys in bristol. Was a bit scarred I might not survive, I survived just. Across downs to leigh woods down around towpath - ran up the same hill twice ( you know things are getting serious when this happens - thanks Tim), then across the back to ashton court.

Was pretty tired at the end but still able to run.
