BOK Tyntesfiield.
sunny day. Easy first controls - a cross country race. My first one (I had a hand marked map) was marked incorrectly so this wasteed some time. Then i was clean through to 17 just struggling with fitness. The first ones across open land the compass didn't seem to line up . Then when i wacked the compass on at 16 to head to 17 i came nowhere near it it would seem. map was a bit lacking detail i was confused and went left when it was too my right, relocated and came back but lost 1.10s. I think i was maybe a bit in oxygen debt cause then was very rough through the final controls from thre - which were the most challening - good course planning. Right on 18, overshoot 21, wrong side and caught in green on 23. Generally not good enough. Winner i guess will do somewhere round the 34 min mark.

Slowish run round Blaise, to get a full sundays training in after the short race this morning. Bring on more weather like this.
Purdown, other way, and a bit shortened, very slippery felt average. Was reasonbly aggressive due to baddish day at work and an outstanding issue. And royal mail is fecking useless, why do british public services try to be so bad.
Hitting toulouse next 2 days which should be good, but will cut out training time
